DUE to difficulties with public liability insurance, the second Cop You Later Rally honouring the late Two Wheels columnist Peter Smith has now changed venues.

The rally will now be held at Wendy Spooner's property at 170 New England Gully Rd, Moonbi - 20km north of Tamworth.
